My name is Denise and I run a team that consists of a digital designer, a legal professional, and a suite of AI Business Management products that allow me to provide a variety of business management services for many people. My strength is in the Healthcare & Medical Office / Practice industry; recently, I’ve been able to move into other industries with consistent success. Along with my team, we are striving every day to perfect the process of how real people can engage with and deploy AI systems within their business to (as we say) “smooth operations”.
And that’s the conundrum. Most believe or fear that AI will replace us, and the hesitancy to embrace or “work with” AI can be easily justified with a Pro-Human Worker stance. And they’re right.
That’s why we prioritize the Human element in all of this AI Business Management mumbo-jumbo. We know how to tailor processes for our clients, based on their business needs, and build solutions that are incredibly simple. But, humans are the key - where they must dictate and trigger defined automated solutions to realize the benefit, as per any business. And that is what I will do for you - build and teach you how to engage with and deploy AI systems within your business to achieve operational excellence.

My process
AI solutions are built based on what your business needs, so I start by capturing what is important to you.
Your requirements are the blueprint, and together we’ll bulletpoint every one. During my first meeting with you, I’ll listen. I’ll ask the right question to make you think deeper about and draw out your processes, and once I have an understanding, I’ll talk to you about what I see as options, what you may need and what we can do.
My pricing
Surprisingly straightforward, and only temporary - because ultimately I’m transferring the AI solution to your control.
We have an hourly rate, just like every other human. I’ll have as many consultations, meetings, and strategy sessions with you at no charge as necessary to define the work that needs to be done for you. Once a project plan and hours to completion is confirmed and signed off by you, the work can begin.
